 | Sanju K. Bansal
Sanju Bansal has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Microstrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) since 1993 and was previously vice president, consulting since joining MicroStrategy in 1990. MicroStrategy is one of the leading business intelligence software companies in the world. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of MicroStrategy since September 1997 and has served as vice chairman of the Board of Directors since November 2000. Prior to joining MicroStrategy, Mr. Bansal was a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton, a worldwide technical and management consulting firm, from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Bansal received an B.S in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. |
 | David Browning
David Browning brings structured financial experience and entrepreneurial expertise to ODIN’s board. He is co-founder of global ISP and wireless services company Inter.net and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings to the venture a substantial background in international management, finance and investing having spent 20 years with Citibank/Citicorp in various management positions in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Mr. Browning was Citicorp's CEO in Sweden, Ireland and Singapore; established their World Corporation Banking Group in 10 Asian countries, started their Structured Finance Division in the U.S. (Syndicated Loans, Junk Bonds, Buy-outs, Takeovers, etc.) and created their Global Investment business. After being appointed an Executive Vice President, David left Citicorp to become an artist and engage in early-stage Internet investing with Kurt Baumann. The two created Inter.net as a carve-out from PSINet in early 2000. Mr. Browning graduated from Colorado College and has a graduate degree from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. |
 | Mark Frantz Mark Frantz is General Partner, RedShift Ventures, where he focuses on software and media investments. Mr. Frantz currently serves on the Board of Directors at ODIN technologies, Secure Elements and New Media Strategies, as well as the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) and the Commonwealth of Virginia's Research & Technology Advisory Council (VRTAC). Mr. Frantz was previously the Managing General Partner of In-Q-Tel, the strategic venture capital affiliate of the U.S. intelligence community, and prior to In-Q-Tel, Mark was with Carlyle Venture Partners, where he focused on the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Frantz has been an investor/advisor to Sourcefire (acq. by Checkpoint), Advanced Teleradiology Networks (acq. by Nighthawk Radiology Services) and Luna Technologies (acq. by Luna Innovations). He has also worked with portfolio companies Blackboard (Nasdaq: "BBBB"), Imagitas (acq. by Pitney Bowes), ISR Solutions (acq. by Stanley Works), Panasas and Secure Elements. Before joining Carlyle, Mark was with Redleaf Ventures, where he worked with Lightningcast (acq. by AOL-TimeWarner) and Entrieva. Mr. Frantz has also been Associate to the Senior Chairman of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, served in The White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs under President George H. W. Bush, and was the economic and technology policy advisor to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge. Mr. Frantz holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. degree from Allegheny College. Mark was an NCAA All-American swimmer and qualified for the USA Triathlon National Championship from 1997-2004. |
 | Robert Spekman
Robert E. Spekman, Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, is an internationally recognized authority on global supply chain and channels management, business-to-business marketing and strategic alliances. His consulting experiences range from marketing research and competitive analysis to strategic market planning, supply chain management, channels of distribution design and implementation, and strategic partnering. In addition to teaching MBA courses, his Executive Program experience includes general marketing strategy, sales force management, channels strategy, creating strategic alliances, and business-to-business marketing strategy. He has edited/written seven books and has authored or co-authored over 80 articles and papers. Mr. Spekman, who joined the Darden faculty in 1991, previously taught at the University of Southern California, the University of Maryland, and the Norwegian School of Business Administration and Economics. |
 | Christen Sweeney
Christen Sweeney was most recently in a leadership position with BearingPoint's Government Solutions Group, largely responsible for new business capture in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to her tenure at BearingPoint, she was an executive in the high-technology software space working for both Computer Associates and F5 Networks. She previously served on the Board of Directors for ServerVault Corporation. Ms. Sweeney received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia and is active in local charitable organizations. |
