RFID Support

ODIN technologies is a premier partner with all the major reader, hand-held and printer manufacturers. Our deep expertise in hardware coupled with an automated RFID infrastructure monitoring and management tool – EasyMonitor™ allow ODIN to provide 24x7 support with very high service level agreements (SLAs).

Our RFID engineers can provide 24x7 global Tier 1 through Tier 4 support from our Network Operation Center in a secure facility outside of Washington, DC. ODIN will be opening a new, state-of-the-art NOC in August 2008 to support the growing list of support clients. ODIN has been delivering 24x7 RFID support to multi-vendor environments since 2005.

The patented EasyMonitor™ tool allows remote diagnostics, automated broadcast firmware upgrades, optimization of the RF environment, and specific alerting based on user-defined parameters.

EasyMonitor™ combined with sound deployment practices and a dedicated support plan can provide 99.9% uptime and 99.9% accuracy. If your RFID network is mission critical you need to design with the end in mind and plan for support. ODIN technologies currently supports all the major readers in a variety of global locations.
